The cost of holding our property is very low. Taxes and Property Owners Association dues are likely to be less than$300-$400 annually per lot. There are no other costs.
The Texas real estate has slowed down the past 2 years, but has not fallen to same extent as California, Nevada, Arizona, and Florida, mainly because Texas, especially the Austin-San Antonio area, was not super-inflated as were the other states.
